Members pressure washed the Band pavilion ahead of the Crape Myrtle Festival and then also pressure washed the sidewalks and bathrooms just off the walking track. The inaugural team project: the butterfly mural in downtown Ardmore, AL is complete! We are so grateful to artist Marion Ibsen for her vision and all the volunteers who came out to help paint and make it a reality!

The entire community team plus friends and family came together on Saturday, August 22nd during the annual Ardmore Crape Myrtle Festival to work on the mural project which generated lots of excitement from passersby and local media! A HUGE thank you to The Ardmore Lions Club for donating $750.00 to the Ardmore Community Team. Thank you so much Lions Club for helping us develop and pursue family oriented initiatives and promote the beautification of Ardmore.
