Mason Daniel, Ardmore Community Team President announced his retirement at the the September12, 2023 board meeting. Mason is scheduled to have back surgery in the next few weeks and will have a long recovery process.
Jim Fritz of Ardmore, TN was selected to replace Mason. "Jim is very capable of filling my shoes. He has a very talented board to support him. The Team is in good hands".

At a special called board meeting on August14, 2023, Lisa Saint was elected to a Director's position on the Ardmore Community Team board.
Lisa is a very talented artist who has assisted with many projects in this area. She lives in Ardmore TN and works at Daly and Son Tire Service in Ardmore TN. At its August monthly board meeting, the Ardmore Community Team elected Trey Harvell to a director position, effective August 8, 2023.
He has a wealth of experience in IT, design, and project development. He will be a big asset to the Team as it takes on more community projects. President Mason Daniel announces the resignations of Director Marion Ibsen, effective 6/30/2023 and Director Joe Reyer, effective 5/2/2023 from the Ardmore Community Team Board. On behalf of the other board members we thank them for their efforts in making the Team a great asset to the Ardmore Community.
Marion developed the beautiful murals that you see around the Ardmore area, while Joe provided valuable guidance to the board. The Team is currently looking for replacements. The Ardmore Community Team has kicked off its fundraising efforts to raise $21,000+ to beautify the Main Street Railroad Trestle.
The centerpiece will be a silhouette of a train engine and three to four railcars. The silhouettes will be placed near the track guard rails on each side of the trestle. The project is being funded by local businesses and local citizens. A plaque will be placed on one side of the trestle at ground level to list our major donors. Platinum level for $1500+, Gold level for $1000+and Silver for $500+. A list of all donors will be published in our local newspapers. Thank you At the Ardmore Community Team meeting on April 5, 2022, Mason Daniel agreed to return to the board as President, after a three months absence.
The board accepted the resignation of Director Dihanne Guilbert, who served as the board's legal advisor. She will continue to provide legal assistance to the board. We will miss her very much. Joe Reyer of Ardmore, AL was elected Director to fill Dihanne's seat. He brings a multitude of experiences in carpentry and other construction phases. Mason Daniel, Chairman and President of Ardmore Community Team has retired effective December 31, 2021. No replacement has been announced.
Daniel will continue to assist the Team with the many projects the Team has on their todo list. Ardmore Community Team Tee shirts are now on sale. Show your support for your community by purchasing a shirt . All profits will help finance our Main Street Train Trestle project.
